Express Your Emotions
The way to deal with tension that comes from unexpressed emotions is to allow yourself full expression of these emotions. This can be done through seeking out a therapist, a trusted friend, or writing about your feelings 15 minutes a day in a journal. Also, clear up relationships. When relationships are incomplete due to confusion, misunderstanding and unanswered questions, seek to clarify the situation. Sit with the partner that you are dealing with and get clear about what has happened and what is bothering you. This will help lower your stress level.
